We maintain strong relations with national labor groups with active participation in the National Maintenance Agreement Policy Committee and other labor management committees and associations, both on local and national levels. These crucial relationships support North America's craftspeople and ensures that we effectively staff projects with the most qualified craftsmen on the continent.
We go above and beyond corporate responsibility to make sure we touch lives, affect the community and help those in need. From supporting the United Way to local food drives and holiday gift collections, Matrix employees are passionate about giving back and supporting our communities.
