Calpine Corporation – Garrison Energy Center Combined Cycle Power Plant – 2015

Matrix NAC was contracted by Calpine Corporation to build the Garrison Energy Center, a 309 MW combined cycle power plant in Dover, Delaware. Matrix NAC with its JV partner Parsons Brinkerhoff performed the lump-sum engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of this more than $150 million contracts. The plant employs highly efficient combined cycle technology with advanced environmental controls. Construction began in early 2013 and met it’s expected completion by June 2015.
